Premier Security takes an aggressive approach to training, which begins during the time of hiring and continues throughout an individual’s employment.
Professionalism is a direct result of proper selection, training, and orientation. Throughout the Training Academy, officers are taught the basic concepts of professional and courteous service, which is a hallmark of the corporation. This is followed up by an extensive ninety day probationary period where the officer is assigned to a Field Training Officer who continues to build on the foundation created in the academy. During the orientation process, our clients’ own organizational beliefs, mission statements, and culture are also incorporated into the officers training.
Training is an ongoing process at Premier Security. Whether it is our Refresher Training or our Certification Training, Premier employees are given increasing developmental opportunities to gain knowledge and leverage experience.
