Premier's structure employs a decentralization strategy in that every client's security program is designed as a stand-alone operation with support from the Corporate Office. In the event of an emergency or special operation at any given department, the resources of all other departments are available to assist as well.
Each department Director (on-site Account Manager) reports to a Vice President of Operations. This "flat" structure assures that the Account Manager, who reports to the client, also reports to a member of the company's Executive Staff. There are no intermediate filters such as branch managers and field supervisors - this removes potential barriers and improves communication and achievement of your business goals.
