Service Officer of the Year

Presented to the employee who consistently performs their duties at a level that exceeds the performance requirements on a consistent basis combined with maintaining their uniform standards with the prescribed “Look” and excellent attendance record. This individual also encourages others through their personal example and sets the highest standards for customer service and client satisfaction.

Healthcare Officer of the Year

Presented for demonstrating an exceptional dedication, commitment, and contribution to safety through their actions and behavior in a healthcare location. An individual who understands the duties and responsibilities, has strong job knowledge, has solid technical skills, understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledge current and is in command of critical issues. An individual who promotes professionalism, passion and leadership by maintaining a polished uniform look and serving as a role model or mentor that shows commitment to the advancement of their peers. This individual additionally communicates well both verbally and in writing.

Commercial/Retail Officer of the Year

Presented for demonstrating an exceptional dedication, commitment, and contribution to safety through their actions and behavior in a commercial or retail location. An individual who understands the duties and responsibilities, has strong job knowledge, has solid technical skills, understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledge current and is in command of critical issues. An individual who promotes professionalism, passion and leadership by maintaining a polished uniform look and serving as a role model or mentor that shows commitment to the advancement of their peers. This individual additionally communicates well both verbally and in writing.

Residential Officer of the Year

Presented for demonstrating an exceptional dedication, commitment, and contribution to safety through their actions and behavior in a residential location. An individual who understands the duties and responsibilities, has strong job knowledge, has solid technical skills, understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledge current and is in command of critical issues. An individual who promotes professionalism, passion and leadership by maintaining a polished uniform look and serving as a role model or mentor that shows commitment to the advancement of their peers. This individual additionally communicates well both verbally and in writing.

Educational Officer of the Year

Presented for demonstrating an exceptional dedication, commitment, and contribution to safety through their actions and behavior in an educational or student housing location. An individual who understands the duties and responsibilities, has strong job knowledge, has solid technical skills, understands company mission/values, keeps job knowledge current and is in command of critical issues. An individual who promotes professionalism, passion and leadership by maintaining a polished uniform look and serving as a role model or mentor that shows commitment to the advancement of their peers. This individual additionally communicates well both verbally and in writing.

Shift Manager of the Year

Presented for demonstrating outstanding dedication to their work while maintaining a high level of commitment to public service values and ethics such as; respect for others, professionalism and integrity. An individual that has been a model and inspiration for other employees in their dedication to excellence by advising, training or coaching others in such a way that motivates colleagues to excel. An individual who demonstrates leadership and transparency in the management of human resources. An individual who provides feedback and coaching, rewards hard work and risk taking, takes a mentoring role, challenges and develops employees, accepts mistakes, provides visibility and opportunity.

Assistant Director/Director of the Year

Presented for demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership by recognizing important issues, linking them to the collective vision, developing initiatives based on a long-term view, and achieving sustainable results in keeping with company and client priorities. This individual mentors, empowers, coaches and supports employees in all phases of their professional lives. They have the ability to effectively address public and private sector management problems of high importance to the organization, while managing risk, removing barriers to efficiency and innovation, or reducing administrative or reporting burdens or delays. Additionally, they exhibit leadership, innovation and transparency in the management of human resources and leads through change and adversity and makes difficult decisions when needed. They apply clear and consistent performance standards, handle performance problems decisively and objectively, direct but tactful and provide guidance and assistance to improve performance. Finally, there is a focus on customer service, development of relationships with key decision makers and understands able to respond to the client needs in a pro-active manner.
